Service Description

Restorative Leadership Consulting (RLC) provides personalized coaching and consultation to support educational leaders in the design and refinement of middle school master schedules that align with a school’s mission, vision, values, and student needs. Rather than inheriting traditional structures, RLC partners with schools to intentionally design schedules that serve as levers for equity, access, and student growth. Through collaborative consultation, leaders receive research-informed guidance, best-practice standards, and ongoing coaching as they develop and refine their master schedule. Special attention is given to structures that support intervention and enrichment, flexible instructional time, supplemental programming, and foundational skill development—key components of effective middle school design. RLC also specializes in integrating Advisory, Social Emotional Learning, and Restorative Practices–aligned curricula into the master scheduling process, ensuring that organizational structures actively support belonging, student voice, and whole-child development.
