As a certified NJL2L mentor with extensive experience in systems-level school and district leadership, I offer personalized coaching designed to support new and emerging administrators in building confidence, clarity, and capacity in their roles. My mentorship approach blends strategic guidance with practical, day-to-day leadership support, ensuring school leaders feel equipped to navigate both immediate challenges and long-term district priorities.
