Circle Time

Service Description

RLC offers Restorative Circles Training to educational leaders and staff. Participants will receive Introductory and advanced applications to circles including community-building, reparative, and reintegrative circles. There will also be an extensive focus on using circles as a formative assessment tool for instructional purposes. All attendees will receive "hands-on" practical training with opportunities to practice facilitating and participating in circles. Materials used to present all essential elements of Restorative Practices are backed by the IIRP. This course can be run for administrators and/or staff.
