Service Description

Restorative Leadership Consulting provides training and consultation to support schools in developing effective, compliant, and student-centered Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) teams. As a Certified School Safety Specialist in one of New Jersey’s pilot BTAM schools, RLC brings practical, field-tested experience in team development, protocols, and implementation. Services include guidance on state requirements, team roles, response procedures, documentation, and follow-up, with an intentional focus on restorative re-entry and student reintegration. This approach helps schools build BTAM systems that prioritize safety, accountability, and belonging while supporting long-term student success.
